I hope you enjoy this real-world sales training tool.  It was designed from the ground-up to accomplish one mission; To help you sell more cars, make more money and get better CSI.

This training website is the result of my 20+ years of sales and training experience and it features ever-changing volumes of individual sales training lessons with audio and video, complete sales seminars, sales meeting talking-points, exams, current automotive news headlines and more.  I won't tell you this is the only way to sell cars, but it has worked for me and the dealerships I've been fortunate enough to work for and consult.

The Golden Rule

One recurring theme you will find in our training is the fundamental belief that our cars are worth the published price and should be sold accordingly.  In theory, this sounds great, but should also be tempered with common courtesy and honesty.  One thing I've always subscribed to is the car sales Golden Rule:

Always - Always - Always

 

DISCLOSE HONESTLY AND ETHICALLY ANY CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

 

  • Disclose the nature of the transaction

  • No Smoke!

  • No Mirrors!

  • No Heat!

  • Never compromise your ethics for just one car deal!
